Zambia clinched their spot in the next round following a narrow 1-0 victory over Tanzania, courtesy of a goal from Masela Sekeseke in the 53rd minute. With an aggregate score of 4-0, the COSAFA U-17 champions will face either Benin or DR Congo in their ensuing qualifier.
