The Faculty of Medicine was founded shortly after UCM’s inception, largely due to advocacy from “Doctors with Africa Cuamm.” Since the initiation of medical courses in 2004, the medical school’s involvement has expanded, culminating in the graduation of the first class of doctors in 2007, a significant milestone for the nation.
