IAEA Chief and Foreign Ministers Participate in Raisina Dialogue 2025

Key international figures, including foreign ministers from Bolivia, Hungary, and Norway, and IAEA Chief Rafael Grossi, attended the Raisina Dialogue 2025 in New Delhi. The event is focused on geopolitical and geoeconomic issues, with nearly 3,700 participants discussing themes like peace and sustainable development.

On March 18, notable figures including Bolivia’s Foreign Minister Celinda Sosa Lunda, Hungary’s Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto, Norway’s Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide, and IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi arrived in New Delhi for the 10th edition of the Raisina Dialogue. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) welcomed the dignitaries through their official social media.

The Raisina Dialogue 2025, organized by the MEA and the Observer Research Foundation (ORF), commenced on March 17 and will continue until March 19. This annual conference serves as a platform for addressing critical global issues, combining perspectives from geopolitics and geoeconomics.

This year’s event is set to attract nearly 3,700 participants, including over 800 speakers and delegates from approximately 130 countries. Key attendees consist of heads of state, government officials, diplomats, military leaders, and intellectuals who will engage in meaningful discussions on global affairs.

The overarching theme for this year’s Dialogue is “Kalachakra: People, Peace, Planet.” Discussions will be organized around six thematic pillars addressing pressing issues such as shifting geopolitical landscapes and sustainable development challenges.

Moreover, the event will feature the Raisina Ideas Pod in collaboration with Firstpost. This segment will curate ministerial sessions emphasizing global priorities, including Europe’s role in the Indo-Pacific and the African Union within the G20 context.

The Raisina Dialogue 2025 promises to be a significant event, gathering esteemed officials to deliberate on crucial global challenges. With a diverse array of attendees and pertinent themes, it aims to foster cooperation and innovative thinking addressing geopolitics, sustainability, and global security.
