He is nearing 12,000 first-class runs, averaging nearly 40, and has demonstrated his skill in limited-overs cricket, with a T20 average of 26.53 and a List A average exceeding 52.
With 70 caps for Pakistan, Masood boasts significant county experience. After an exceptional debut season with Derbyshire in 2022, where he scored 1,832 runs in 28 matches, he captained Yorkshire, leading them to Division One promotion last summer.
