Henderson expressed their commitment, stating, “We’re in it because we’re all in for every single student… We genuinely just care about this student body.”

Their priorities include addressing the everyday challenges students face by ensuring that their platform aligns with student needs. Layrisson emphasized, “We really just want to ensure that every student’s voice is heard and that our platform reflects real students’ needs.”

A primary focus of their campaign is to expand resources for students with disabilities, with Layrisson particularly advocating for improved accessibility on campus. She stated, “A big thing that I’m focused on is expanding note-taking services… making sure that every building on campus is accessible to all students.”

Additionally, they propose introducing an AI advising tool within myLSU to alleviate long wait times for academic advising. Henderson remarked, “The biggest problem that LSU students face is really convenience,” emphasizing the need for improvements in scheduling and faculty interactions.

To enhance mobility on campus, the campaign seeks to expand bus routes and add stops near senior colleges, as well as provide direct pickups from parking lots. Addressing parking concerns, Layrisson mentioned, “I know a lot of my peers have trouble… We think it would be a great way to just help students with the parking issue on campus.”

To address congestion, they propose an SG-funded study in collaboration with LSU Parking and Transportation Services. Henderson asserted, “Students go through so much 90% of the time, so making sure that they don’t have to worry… goes a long way.”

Moreover, the campaign has introduced the “Geaux-Carts” initiative to improve student transportation on game days, proposing on-campus rides before kickoff and safe off-campus transport post-game. Layrisson anticipates that a mobile ordering system in Tiger Stadium will also streamline the food purchasing process.

Their overarching mission is to alleviate frustrations faced by LSU students. Layrisson remarked, “I believe that our campaign… is really about delivering tangible improvements to make LSU a better place for everyone.”
