The HRF’s assertion emphasizes that these actions contribute to imposing intolerable living conditions on Palestinian civilians, which they categorize as genocide and crimes against humanity.
The HRF claims to possess substantial evidence against the soldier, including video footage, geolocation data, and photographs purportedly depicting the soldier planting explosives and engaging in the destruction of civilian areas. HRF’s legal representative, Maira Pinheiro, emphasized the soldier’s culpability, asserting that his actions align with the genocidal aims against Gaza’s population.
